The Magellan Team has alligned itself with the area's top home builders to assist Rental Rewards® clients with the purchase of a brand new home.  If you choose to purchase a home from one of these builders, The Magellan Team at Charles Rutenberg Realty will be listed as the Real Estate Broker for your transaction and will guide you through the entire process. Some of the benefits of purchasing a brand new home are:

New home builders offer a standard, one year warranty with the homes they sell.  As an exclusive benefit to Rental Rewards® clients, we will double the builder's warranty, protecting you for two full years!  It's our way of thanking you for being a valued Rental Rewards® client.

To recieve your Rental Rewards® credit, you must register with The Magellan Team and list The Magellan Team at Charles Rutenberg Realty as your broker during your first visit to a new home builder.

The maximum amount of Rental Rewards® credit you build in our New Home Program is determined by the length of your current lease, and the purchase price of your new home.  Each month, you earn a credit of 20% of your rent.  The maximum amount is also determined by the base price of your home as follows:

            Base Purchase Price                   Maximum Credit

            $100,000 - $199,999                 $2,000

            $200,000 - $299,999                 $3,000

            $300,000 - $399,999                 $4,000

            $400,000 - $499,999                 $5,000

            $500,000 - $599,999                 $6,000

The same formula will apply for higher purchase prices.
